Eleven knives, one pair of kitchen shears, one sharpening rod and one magnetic wood block are included.
How many kitchen knives and steak knives are supplied?
Five kitchen knives—chef, carving, bread, santoku and paring—and six straight-edge steak knives are supplied.
What is the difference between Red and Black?
The selected option changes the dot accents on the metal handles. Both configurations include the same types and number of tools.
Is a rolling pin included?
No. The block has a groove that can hold a suitably sized rolling pin, but the rolling pin shown in some scenes is not included.
How much counter space does the block need?
The illustrated footprint is approximately 12.9 by 4.7 inches. The loaded height is approximately 14.5 inches; allow extra space above it for removing knives.
How should I clean the set?
Hand washing and immediate drying are recommended for the knives. Wipe the wood block clean and keep it dry.
