PURPOSE IN EVERY CUT

Make room for
the homemade loaf.

01 / FOUR GUIDE MARKS

Choose a thickness reference.

Use the 1/4-, 1/2-, 3/4- and 1-inch marks on the frame as visual references. The marks guide your position; they do not automatically adjust or lock the slice thickness.

02 / OFFSET HANDLE

Room for your hand above the board.

The raised handle provides working clearance. Support the loaf on a suitable board and use a controlled back-and-forth motion.

Protect the edge between loaves.

After hand washing and drying, fit the supplied blade cover before storing. Keep sharp tools out of reach of children.

KEEP THE EDGE IN GOOD COMPANY

Care for the blade.
Keep the ritual.

  1. Wash by hand. Use mild detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid the dishwasher, abrasive cleaners and prolonged soaking.
  2. Dry before storage. Dry the blade, frame and wood handle thoroughly, then fit the protective blade cover.
  3. Keep the frame assembled. Do not loosen or remove the blade-tension screws. Use the supplied hex key only for the handle hardware.
  4. Cut with control. Use a stable wood or suitable plastic board. Keep fingers clear of the edge; avoid hard bones, frozen food, twisting cuts and using the frame as a lever.

A FEW GOOD ANSWERS

Before your
first cut.

Ask our team ↗
Which handedness should I choose?

Choose Right-handed for a right-hand working grip or Left-handed for a left-hand working grip. The selected option updates the product images, included items and specification section. Do not reverse the blade or loosen the frame screws to change handedness.

Why do the film and some illustrations show a right-handed knife?

The brand uses right-handed examples to illustrate the shared bow-frame construction, slicing motion and handle assembly. The left-handed configuration is mirrored. Check the selected product image and handedness before ordering.

Does the handle need assembly?

Yes. Attach the wood handle using the supplied handle hardware and hex key, following the illustrated instructions. Secure the handle before use and leave the blade-tension screws untouched.

What do the four frame marks do?

The 1/4-, 1/2-, 3/4- and 1-inch marks provide visual references for slice thickness. They do not mechanically adjust or lock the cutting width.

Can the blade be removed or replaced at home?

Do not remove the blade-tension screws or attempt to reinstall or retension the blade. Contact support if the blade or frame needs attention.

Can I maintain the serrated edge?

Use a rounded tool sized to the serrations, or ask a professional sharpening service. Maintain individual scallops without removing the blade from its tensioned frame. Sharpening tools are not included.

What is included in the package?

One bow-frame bread knife in the selected handedness, wood handle, blade cover, handle assembly hardware, hex key and gift packaging. Bread boards, ingredients and sharpening equipment are not included.

What bread can it slice and how should it be cleaned?

Use it for homemade loaves, crusty sourdough and baguettes on a stable board, with a controlled back-and-forth motion. Hand wash, dry immediately and fit the blade cover before storage. Avoid soaking and the dishwasher.

Where can I find shipping, returns and warranty details?

See our shipping information, return policy and lifetime warranty terms. Our support team can help with product questions.
