SYOKAMI ships to the United States and Canada. Available shipping options and charges depend on the product, destination, order total and package weight. Review the shipping options and final total at checkout before placing your order.

Shipping charges

Some products have a free standard shipping option. Other products use weight-based or carrier-calculated shipping, and qualifying U.S. orders may have a free Economy option. Free shipping does not apply to every product and destination. The available rate for your complete order is shown at checkout.

Processing and transit

Processing and carrier transit are separate parts of delivery. We do not promise a universal processing time or arrival date. For a date-specific estimate, contact info@syokami.com with the product and destination before ordering. Any transit estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Order confirmation and tracking

Your order confirmation contains your purchase details. When tracking information is available, it will be sent in your shipping notification. You can also use our order tracking page.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to change; changes cannot be made after shipment. For a delayed, damaged or missing delivery, email your order number and details so our team can investigate.
