DESIGNED WITH PURPOSE
Explore the patterned steel, full-tang construction and shaped wood handles shared by the two included knives.
The slicing knife combines a long high-carbon stainless steel blade with hollow-edge dimples. The visible Damascus-style pattern is decorative.
The boning knife uses a narrower stainless steel blade for controlled trimming. Avoid forcing, twisting or striking it against hard bone.
The boning knife has a listed 6.7-inch blade and 4.5-inch handle. These are knife dimensions, not packed shipping measurements.
The blade steel continues through the wood handle, secured with three rivets for a connected construction.
The shaped heel gives a defined transition between handle and blade. Keep fingers behind the working edge and use a deliberate grip.
Shaped wenge wood handles complete the matching pair. Wood grain and colour vary between individual knives.
MATERIAL. FORM. PURPOSE.
Hand wash each knife with mild detergent and a soft sponge. Dry the blade and wood handle immediately, then store with the working edge protected.
